Ready-to-Wear

We aim to dispatch most ready-to-wear orders within 7–14 working days, or sooner, depending on customer specifications, stock availability, and once your order is confirmed.

Made-to-Order

Production for made-to-order outfits takes 4 - 6 weeks.
These garments are not ready-made and will require all necessary design and measurement details to be finalized before production begins.
Each outfit will be produced in the exact design and fabric shown on our page, unless otherwise discussed and agreed.

Couture (Bespoke) Production Timelines

Production timelines vary depending on the type of gown:

Bespoke bridal gowns typically require 6 to 10 months
Bespoke reception, evening, or special occasion gowns require 2 to 6 months

All design details must be extensively discussed and finalized prior to starting production.
For tighter timelines, a rush fee will apply depending on the delivery deadline and garment complexity.

Shipping & Delivery

Within Canada: Estimated delivery is 1–10 working days after production is completed
International: Estimated delivery is 7–15 working days after production is completed

Please do not make event plans based on your order until the outfit has been successfully delivered and received.

Kindly ensure that you provide a delivery address where someone will be available during the day to receive the package. Delivery companies cannot guarantee specific arrival times unless otherwise arranged.

If delivery is refused or if the courier is unable to complete delivery after multiple attempts, the item will be returned to Honeysprings Adeola, and you will be responsible for any unpaid duties, taxes, and additional shipping fees incurred.
